the role of closing and cleaning air-lock chamber, and it is the effective device to conduct personnel decontamination and prevent open air from polluting clean area.

In order to reduce plenty of dust particle carried by personnel when entering and coming out, the clean air flow highly efficiently filtered could be sprayed from rotatable nozzle to human body in all directions, to clean out dust particle effectively and rapidly, and the dust particle cleaned out will be recycled to air shower area after being filtered by primary and HEPA filters.
